If you have a website, one of the most important questions to ask is “are people looking at it?” Luckily, Google has an amazing tool that’s available to all website owners to share how many visits your site is getting, where they’re coming from, what pages they’re checking out and even what kind of devices they’re using to find you. It’s called Google Analytics, and it’s FREE.

Google Analytics just came up with a complete redesign that makes the tools much easier to use. They’re also much more powerful, with better ways to segment users into types – people who searched from within Google or just people who found you from their phones for example – and it’s now easier to check out how you’re being seen via social networks, or mentioned on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
