Business owners across America know they need to be online, but many struggle with how to do it, which tools to use and measuring success. So Google and Deloitte undertook a project to better understand what is preventing small businesses from using digital tools.

In 2017, Deloitte conducted a nationally representative survey of over 2,000 small business decision makers in the US to develop the Connected Small Businesses report.
